VI invited to the Norwegian Parliament

Visual Intelligence contributed to the Norwegian Parliament’s AI seminar organized by the Health and Care Services Committee.

Leading AI experts in Norway were invited to the Norwegian Parliament to inform about cutting edge research and innovation in AI for the future of health care, and to discuss opportunities and challenges with the Members of Parliament (Stortingsrepresentanter) serving on the Health and Care Services Committee. The seminar was hosted by Member of Parliament Even Røed and coordinated by the KiN network  and the Norwegian AI Research Consortium (NORA).

Visual Intelligence Director Robert Jenssen gave a presentation about the centre’s research-based innovation for AI in health, which is conducted in close collaboration with partners such as the University Hospital of North Norway, GE Vingmed Ultrasound, and the Cancer Registry of Norway.
