Visual Intelligence and the Digital Innovation Lab invited industry professionals to present ideas for master's projects to computer science and machine learning students at UiT The Arctic University of Norway.

Successful Industry Pitch Day at UiT

Visual Intelligence and the Digital Innovation Lab invited industry professionals to present ideas for master's projects to computer science and machine learning students at UiT The Arctic University of Norway.

The event sought to connect students with different companies, giving them inspiration for potential research topics to explore in their master thesis in close collaboration with Norwegian companies, the public sector and other organizations

The proposed projects included developing AI methods for co-assisted exam grading, valuation of start-up companies, oceanography, improving user research, and medical translation and transcription

Big thanks to Microsoft, oceanbox.io, Tvibit, Internia, DIPS AS, Schilly, and Mammon Valuation for coming to Tromsø, Bodø, and Mo i Rana to pitch their projects.
