Visual Intelligence visits by Lars Kai Hansen and Irina Voiculescu

We had the great pleasure of hosting Lars Kai Hansen, Technical University of Denmark, and Irina Voiculescu, University of Oxford, at the Visual Intelligence centre in Tromsø.

Hansen and Voiculescu took part in a half-day Visual Intelligence workshop on computer vision, with special emphasis on learning from limited data and on uncertainty quantification. They both gave very interesting talks:

Professor Lars Kai Hansen, Head of Cognitive Systems Section, Technical University of Denmark & Pioneer AI Centre: Supervised learning from labeled and unlabeled data.
