Associate professor Kristoffer Wickstrøm represented Visual Intelligence at Nordnorsk ingeniørkonferanse (NNIK) 2024.

At the conference, Wickstrøm gave a talk about Visual Intelligence's activities of developing AI solutions for healthcare purposes.

Additionally, the presentation addressed the potential roadblocks of implementing AI as a decision support tool, highlighting the importance of developing people's competence of AI technologies in order to handle its associated challenges.

By talking about VI's activities within medicine and health, Wickstrøm showed how the centre's activity seeks to address potential roadblocks and challenges.
