Visual Intelligence is a central partner in NORA research school - a new national PhD School

The Visual Intelligence Graduate School (VIGS) will be an important component in the NORA research school and Visual Intelligence's Northern Lights Deep Learning (NLDL) conference will be a venue for winter school activities within this nation-wide initiative.

The main objective of the national PhD school is to raise the quality of PhD education in AI to a leading European level, with a high degree of relevance for the labour market. Kristoffer Wickstrøm, VIGS, is on the NORA research school PhD Student Council. The Director of Visual Intelligence, Robert Jenssen, is on the steering committee.
