VI workshop 2021 #1 - Learning from limited data

Abstract:

Obtaining fully labeled datasets suitable for machine learning can be expensive, time-consuming, and impractical in many fields, limiting the applicability of the commonly used supervised approaches. In this workshop, we will present some examples of concrete problems that might be encountered as well as potential solutions. We have three main speakers, who will present their experience from working with limited training data in the medical, marine and earth observation fields.

Organizers:

Michael Kampffmeyer (UiT), Anne H Schistad Solberg (UiO) and Line Eikvil (NR).

This workshop is open for members of the consortium. If you want to participate as a guest please let us know.
